Akeru is a Japanese word with many connotations, most often meaning "begin or end, open or close". Akeru is 13" tall, made of Schulte, distressed, swirly, country style mohair in a lovely champagne color, with Ultrasuede pads, black glass eyes, and softly stuffed with a mixture of fiberfill and glass beads. Akeru wears a charm necklace consisting of Japanese characters for peace, friendship, power, green glass leaf beads for harmony with nature and an amethyst heart for love. In life all are perpetually in a state of "Akeru". Limited edition of 10.
