Arty the Penguin is a silly penguin who has yet to master the ice, he has a tendency to slip and slide,. He’s 4.5” tall, made from dense white Schulte mohair that has been hand painted to look wet, real leather feet, hand painted white glass eyes, stuffed with a mixture fiberfill and glass beads.
