Not all of the bears on my webpage are currently in stock at all times.  If you find a bear that you wish to take home that is listed as sold it may be possible to create a similar bear for your home.  Please don't hesitate to call or e-mail me if this is the case so that we can discuss it.

While we do our best to ensure accuracy on these pages occasionally errors do occur.  We will try our best to honor any prices you find on these pages but will not be held to errors.  All prices are also subject to change without notice.

Due to limitations of some display types, the colors you see on the bears in these web pages may not be an accurate representation of the actual bear.  Every effort has been made to show you the most true to life colors possible.

Ultrasuede is a registered trademark, because of the limits of some fonts the symbol has been omitted for better readability on this site.  

This website does not utilize cookies that we are aware of.  Any cookies that may be left by this site are unintentional and are not being utilized by this website in any way.  Bruin Mischief respect the privacy of those surfing this site.  Only those persons who place an order will be put on our mailing list which we sometimes make available to individuals and organizations offering products or services appropriate to interests you have displayed by ordering.  Anyone not wishing to be placed on this list who has placed an order with us may ask to be removed.

Return Policy:
If for any reason you are unhappy with a bear it may be returned within the first 10 days for a full refund. (Minus shipping costs if applicable.) 

You may return a bear for a period of time beyond the initial ten days but not to exceed 30 days (refereed to as the extended return period) for a 30% restocking fee, minus applicable shipping.  Beyond the initial 10 days only merchant credit will be given.

Special order bears will incur a 20% restocking fee for the first 10 days and a 40% restocking fee in the extended return period.  Special order bears may only be returned for merchant credit.  Special order bears are any bear that requires a pattern modification, or the order of special fabric due to customer request.  Special order returns may be refused at the artists’ discretion.

If a bear is defective upon arrival it may be returned for repair or replacement at artists’ discretion.  In this case only shipping will be paid by the artist.
